As our world becomes ever more interconnected we anticipate that the technologies which offer this layer will rapidly move from optional to mandatory layers. The decentralised and distributed systems which lessen the need for centralised or trusted validators can underpin growth in all manner of incentivised ecosystems: from IP & licensing to real-world asset tokenisation to a marketplace of self-financing autonomous sensor arrays.
